- 1 Round piece of pineapple
- 4 tsp Erythritol
- 10 ml Butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 5-6 pieces of Boiled pasta shell(optional)
- 2 TSP Grated Dark Choclate
- 1/4 cup warm water
In a large bowl mix 1 tsp Erythritol and water now soak the pineapple piece in water for 1-2 hrs.
Heat 5ml butter on non stick pan,place the pineapple slice on it. Roast it from both sides and sprinkle cinnamon powder and Erythritol.keep aside
On a same pan add remaining butter now roast pasta shell with cinnamon powder and Erythritol with 1 min.
serve with topping of your choice and grated Choclate.
