Pina Colada Overnight Oats
- Oats 50gms
- Coconut milk 150ml
- Greek Yogurt 70gms
- Pineapple chunks 120gms(store some for garnish)
- Fresh coconut 10gms
- Unflavored/Vanilla Whey 30gms
- Almonds 5gms for garnish
In a jar add oats, coconut milk, whey and greek yogurt. Mix well You can also add normal milk/almond milk and add few drop of coconut essence.
Now add pineapple chucks, fresh coconut and artificial sweetner as required. Store this overnight in refrigerator. You can add chia seeds as well according to you macros and it will give a jelly like consistency to the oats.
Remove from refrigerator the next morning. Add few chucks of pineapple and fresh coconut to garnish.
It tastes best when served cold.
