  • Recipe Ingredients listCoconut milk 150ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listGreek Yogurt 70gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listPineapple chunks 120gms(store some for garnish)
  • Recipe Ingredients listFresh coconut 10gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listUnflavored/Vanilla Whey 30gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listAlmonds 5gms for garnish

Direction

Step-1

In a jar add oats, coconut milk, whey and greek yogurt. Mix well You can also add normal milk/almond milk and add few drop of coconut essence.

Step-2

Now add pineapple chucks, fresh coconut and artificial sweetner as required. Store this overnight in refrigerator. You can add chia seeds as well according to you macros and it will give a jelly like consistency to the oats.

Step-3

Remove from refrigerator the next morning. Add few chucks of pineapple and fresh coconut to garnish.

Step-4

It tastes best when served cold.
