How to make Phirni

Step-1

soak rice for 30 mins. Drain water and crush it slightly

Step-2

boli milk in a pan and reduce it slightly

Step-3

add crushed rice and cook till rice becomes soft (10-12mins approximately)

Step-4

add stevia per taste and saffron strands

Step-5

serve chilled
