Phad thai noodles stick or fresh 100 grams
Jumbo shrimps or regular shrimps 300 grams
Lemon grass 20 grams chopped fine
Peanuts 20 grams chopped fine
Fish sauce 25 grams
Oyster sauce 25 grams
Garlic chopped fine 5 grams
27 grams olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt pepper as per taste

Step-1
Soak thai stick noodle in cold water for 20 minutes
Step-2
Meanwhile , heat canola oil in a pan
Step-3
Add chopped garlic, lemon grass and prawns
Step-4
Cook for 5 minutes and add salt and pepper
Step-5
Now add Thai noodles and stir quickly
Step-6
Add fish sauce , oyster sauce and peanuts
Step-7
Cook for 15-20 minutes and serve with salad and soup on side
