Ingredients for Pesto Rice
- › 30gms Rice
- › 5 GMs olive oil
- › 100 GMs or more vegatbles
- › 100 GMs paneer
- › Pesto sauce - 2 tsp
Method
1. In a pan put olive oil, then 2-3 pods of finely chopped garlic, slightly stir it, then add doing onions to it, after sauté put other vegetables of your choice, I put carrot, red and yellow bell peppers, baby, corn, broccoli and zucchini. Once the veggies are 50% cooked add cooked rice , black pepper, pesto sauce and paneer . Lightly mix all them , then put little bit of grated cheese .. tadaaa it’s ready... and trust me it’s super easy and super duper yummy
