Ingredients for moog daal dosa
- › rice 50gm
- › green moong daal 50gm
- › pepper
- › red chilli
- › hing
Method
1. soak rice and daal for 5 to 6 hours
2. drain water and fine grind it in the mixer
3. grind the rice and daal with pepper corn and redchillies
4. keep to 7 to 8 hours to ferment
5. other morning mix the fermented mixture make it batter like consistency add salt as per taste
6. heat the non stick pan and pour the batter and spread it in circular motion dosa
7. if you have oil you can use as I used non stick pan I dint use it
8. let the dosa cook l till it leaves the pan on medium flame
9. you can also add potato or egg on the dosa of it's on your macros .
10. once the pan starts to leave the pan fold and server it
