How to make moog daal dosa
Step-1
soak rice and daal for 5 to 6 hours
Step-2
drain water and fine grind it in the mixer
Step-3
grind the rice and daal with pepper corn and redchillies
Step-4
keep to 7 to 8 hours to ferment
Step-5
other morning mix the fermented mixture make it batter like consistency add salt as per taste
Step-6
heat the non stick pan and pour the batter and spread it in circular motion dosa
Step-7
if you have oil you can use as I used non stick pan I dint use it
Step-8
let the dosa cook l till it leaves the pan on medium flame
Step-9
you can also add potato or egg on the dosa of it's on your macros .

once the pan starts to leave the pan fold and server it
