How to make peri peri pasta 🍝

Step-1

Boil pasta

Step-2

Heat pan,add butter(5g),add chopped veggies and sauté for 5 min.

Step-3

Remove veggies in separate bowl

Step-4

Heat remaining butter,add chopped garlic& sauté.Add flour and mix.Add milk plus water without forming lumps

Step-5

Add chilli flakes,peri peri seasoning,oregano and salt as per taste.

Step-6

Add veggies,cheese slice

Step-7

Add boiled pasta and mix well

Step-8

Veggies used are - bell pepper,mushrooms,onion,sweet corn and few olives too (hardly 3 )
