How to make perfect poached eggs
Step-1
Put idli steamer on stove with 2 cups of water and bring it to boil
Step-2
Grease one mould of stand and break 2 eggs on opposite side of moulds ( to balance )
Step-3
Cover and steam for 3 minutes on high flame . Slip on your plate and sprinkle some salt and pepper
