1 cup veggies of your choice (Capsicum, corn, carrots, peas, brocolli, french beans)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon maida
2 cups milk
2 processed cheese cubes
Salt
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teapsoon chilli flakes
Cook the pasta in water with a pinch of salt and add little oil, till they are soft or al-dente. After they are ready, keep aside.
If you have choosen veggies like corn, carrots, french beans or peas, boil them. Steam brocolli. Capsicums can be added raw. Kindly avoid onions and tomatoes.
In a pan, add butter and let it melt. Then add maida to it. Mix nicely.
Next, add cups of milk little by little, so as to avoid forming lumps. Cook the milk until it is a little thick.
Add processed cheese to it and cook for another - minutes, while continuously stirring it.
Add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes to this. You can adjust the taste as per your preferences. Also, consistency can be adjusted depending on the creaminess you want of your sauce. If you seem its too thick, adjust using little water.
Add the veggies and boiled pasta and give it a good mix.
Serve hot with garnished oregano and chilliflakes.❤
