Ingredients for Pear, Blueberry & Cinnamon Proats
- › 0.5 cups Uncle Toby’s traditional oats
- › 1 scoop Vanilla Protein (Genetix 100% Lean Whey - 40g)
- › 3/4 cup water
- › 2 tsp Flax meal
- › 1 tsp Cinnamon
- › 1 Pear (cubed + a few slices to garnish)
- › 30g Fresh Blueberries
- › Topping: 100g YoPro Vanilla Yoghurt
- › Topping: 20g Mayvers Smooth Peanut Butter
- › Topping: 0.5 tbsp Cacao Nibs
Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees
2. Mix everything except the blueberries, pear slices (for garnish), & toppings in a small oven proof dish
3. Put the slices & blueberries on top
4. Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes
5. Top with YoPro yoghurt, peanut butter & cacao nibs
