  • Recipe Ingredients list1 scoop Vanilla Protein (Genetix 100% Lean Whey - 40g)
  • Recipe Ingredients list3/4 cup water
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 tsp Flax meal
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 Pear (cubed + a few slices to garnish)
  • Recipe Ingredients list30g Fresh Blueberries
  • Recipe Ingredients listTopping: 100g YoPro Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Recipe Ingredients listTopping: 20g Mayvers Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Recipe Ingredients listTopping: 0.5 tbsp Cacao Nibs

Direction

Step-1

Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees

Step-2

Mix everything except the blueberries, pear slices (for garnish), & toppings in a small oven proof dish

Step-3

Put the slices & blueberries on top

Step-4

Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes

Step-5

Top with YoPro yoghurt, peanut butter & cacao nibs
