Ingredients for Peanut salad
- › 100 gm roasted peanuts (without skin)
- › 1 small tomato chopped
- › 1 small cucumber chopped
- › 1/2 beet chopped
- › 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- › Salt
- › Handful coriander
- › 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1. Add peanuts in a bowl, add all the veggies and spices and finally add tomato ketchup and coriander.
