Peanut butter wheat noodles
- Whole wheat spaghetti- 30g
- Peanut butter - 15g
- Onions - 2
- Capsicum red yellow
- Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- Mint & coriander
- Spinach - 4 to 5 leaves
- Salt oregano & pepper to taste
Now First :- Take a mixe jar & Add peanut butter , half chopped onion , soy sauce , 3-4 leaves of mint & coriander & 1/2 tsp of oil . Grind it into a paste
Now second :- Take a kadhai boil some water ..add 1 tsp of salt then add spaghetti into the boiling water.
Now thirdly:- take a fresh pan .. Add 1 tsp of oil ... now ginger garlic paste .. then sauté some sliced onions capsicums & chopped spinach for about 2-3 min
Fourthly:- add salt to taste & add the grinded paste .. toss well & add boiled spaghetti.. Give a quick mix .. add oregano & pepper (optional)
Lastly just garnish with some herbs & you are ready to go for it ..
