Ingredients for peanut butter and banana smoothie
- › 2 small bananas or 1 large 1 c. unsweetened almond milk 1 c. ice 2 tbsp. peanut butter (preferably natural) 2 tsp. honey
Method
1. pour almond milk into a blender
2. add 2 banana and blend it for few minutes
3. then add ice and peanut Butter 2 tsp
4. blend it for few seconds and then serve by adding honey into it
