Ingredients for Peanut burfee (no ghee)
- › Roasted peanuts-135 gm. Jaggery -120 gm.
1. If u cut into 10 equal pieces Each piece contains Cals-113 C-14.9 P- 3.4 F-5 Step 1 :- Roast peanuts n remove flakes. Steps 2:- Grind roasted peanuts till buttery. Add jaggery. It takes little time to get fine paste . Step3:- Transfer in a container. Step4:- cut into pieces. Step5 :- refrigerate for 2 hrs . Step 6:- It will be hard wait till it sets to room temperature. Taste :- Burfee melts in mouth very delicious . It’s tastes like sweet buttery chocolate burfee. U can reduce sweetness if u r not fond of too much sweet.
