Step-1

Mix rawa and pea protein with enough water to make like thin batter consistency, add salt according to taste and cook on mini uttapam pan or dosa griddle. You may add onion or veggies of your choice for extra flavor.

it was pretty good, I have unflavored pea protein so it masks really well(something like besan I would say). I tried many versions with wheat/oats but rawa gave the perfect texture and crispness.
