Chop all the veggies(I used cauliflower,capsicum,carrot,beet root,peas,cabbage,onion,tomatoes,potato)
Heat butter in pressure cooker and add garlic ginger and onion and sauté for mib
Add chopped veggies and mix well
Add salt,turmeric,red chilli powder and mix well
Pressure cook for whistle and then release pressure Mash with masher Add pav bhaji masala and cook at low flame for - min Garnish with chopped green coriander and squeeze some lemon *if macros allow add extra butter too*
