Ingredients for Pasta with Cottage cheese
- › 50 g pasta
- › 50 g paneer
- › 75 g green veggie
- › Chopped garlic
- › Dry spices
- › Italian seasoning
- › Oregano
- › 5 g butter
- › 10 g cheese
- › Salt
- › Red chilli flakes
- › Freshly grounded black pepper
1. Boil pasta and keep it aside.
2. Chop vegetables, paneer , garlic Etc
3. In a heated pan add butter , then add garlic, sauté it until golden brown.
4. Add chopped veggies and paneer then add salt and cook it well. Or until veggies softens.
5. Now add black pepper, Italian seasoning, oregano, blackpepper , cheese. Mix it well.
6. Now add pasta.cover the Lid for 2-5 mins
7. Serve Hot
