5gms ghee 7/8 cloves chopped garlic 100 gms baby spinach 50gms chickpeas,socked in water for overnight + boil in a pressure cooker for 7-8 whistle. Salt & black pepper as per taste 100gms Broccoli + clean wash +boil for a minute 50gms pasta 50gms bell paper 1/2 tomato 25gms paneer to garnish
Step Heat ghee in a pan over medium Step Add garlic,tomato and cook for minutes Step Add chickpeas, broccoli in the pan Step Add salt, black pepper, oregano , mixed herbs as per taste and mix all well to minutes. Step Add baby spinach and mix all together to again one minute. Step Take out ready pasta in serving plate , garnish with paneer.
