How to make Pasta in creamy cauli garlic sauce
Step-1
For creamy cauli garlic sauce :
In a pan brush 2 g oil
Step-2
Add chopped garlic, stir and add cauliflower florets ( garlic should remain white , do not burn till brown )
Step-3
add salt and little water.Cover with lid and cook till cauli is little tender
Step-4
Cool and drain caulifower
Grind in mixer with 5 g flour to form a smooth creamy paste
Step-5
Cook this paste on a slow flame
Add water if too thick , cosistancy should be that of white sauce
Step-6
Add black pepper and adjust salt
Step-7
For pasta :
Boil 40 g raw pasta in water , add salt, drain and pour cold water
Keep aside
Step-8
Chop bell peppers,blanch broccoli or prepare any other veggies you like to add
Step-9
Mix veggies,sauce and pasta
Sprinkle Italian seasoning, pepper powder, chilli flakes( optional)
