  • Recipe Ingredients list70 g Pasta
  • Recipe Ingredients list20 g cheese Parmesan
  • Recipe Ingredients list5 g refined flour
  • Recipe Ingredients listFreshly grounded black pepper
  • Recipe Ingredients list100 ml milk
  • Recipe Ingredients list100 g veggie of your choice ( I used broccoli and zucchini)
  • Recipe Ingredients listItalian seasoning
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt
  • Recipe Ingredients list10 g butter

Direction

Step-1

Boil pasta and keep it aside.

Step-2

In a pan , add butter then add refined flour.

Step-3

Mix it well , then add milk and mix till you get the smooth consistency. Add water ( optional )

Step-4

Add cheese , black pepper .

Step-5

In a separate pan , add butter and sauté vegetables. And keep it aside.

Step-6

Now mix sauce well and add Italian seasoning, oregano and sauté vegetables.

Step-7

Cover the lid for 2-3 mins.

Step-8

Now add pasta and mix it well.

Step-9

Serve with Grated cheese and freshly grounded black pepper.
