Parmesan and Black pepper Pasta cooked in White sauce
- 70 g Pasta
- 20 g cheese Parmesan
- 5 g refined flour
- Freshly grounded black pepper
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g veggie of your choice ( I used broccoli and zucchini)
- Italian seasoning
- 10 g butter
Boil pasta and keep it aside.
In a pan , add butter then add refined flour.
Mix it well , then add milk and mix till you get the smooth consistency. Add water ( optional )
Add cheese , black pepper .
In a separate pan , add butter and sauté vegetables. And keep it aside.
Now mix sauce well and add Italian seasoning, oregano and sauté vegetables.
Cover the lid for 2-3 mins.
Now add pasta and mix it well.
Serve with Grated cheese and freshly grounded black pepper.
