Ingredients for Paratha & Chicken tikka
- › Wheat flour- 100gms
- › Chicken breast - 250 gms
- › Ghee - 15gms
Method
1. Marinate 250gms chicken breast with all Indian spices and 20 gms of Curd.
2. Take 100 gms of flour and make dough
3. Make chicken tikka in 5gms of ghee
4. Use 10 gms of ghee for making paratha
5. I added kohinoor chicken tikka masala for taste
