- 1 big Red bell pepper
- 1 big size zucchini
- 5gm oil
- onion medium chopped
- black pepper,salt,herbs
- 250ml water
Heat a pan with 5gm oil
Add chopped onion ,garlic and suate, deglaze the pan by adding little water
Add Zucchini and bell pepper, salt,herbs, black pepper crushed.
let it cook for 5-6 min and add 250ml water and let it cook fully.
with the blender blend it or in a mixer make a runny paste
if you can afford some more calories then you can add coconut milk to it.
serve hot with bread.
