Ingredients for Papaya Soya with poppy seeds(Posto)
- › Nutrela Soya chunk
- › Raw Papaya
- › Poppy Seeds or Posto
- › onion
- › Spices
- › Ghee
Method
1. In a cooker put 100 gms onion in ghee stir till brown Add Papaya and salt with little turmeric
2. put little water and add other spices like chilli, garlic, coriander.
3. Now put raw soyabean and poppy seeds, fry for some time
4. Put the lid and give pressure 3 whistle in medium flame. You can put fresh coriander leaves and green chillies too
