- Curd 100gm
- Whey 1scoop
- Almonds 5gm
- Walnut 5gm
- Flax seeds approx 1gm
Blend in mixer curd, Papaya and whey.
Add water as per require consistency and blend again.
Pour in glass and garnish almonds, walnuts and Flax Seeds.
Tada your protein breakfast ready.
