How to make papad ki sabzi


1. heat the oil in a pan or kadhai, put hing and cummin seeds in it. 2. Add onion(chopped) and cook it untill translucent, put haldi and let it cook 3. Now add ginger garlic paste,tomato (chopped)and salt ,it will make tomato soft. Now add red chilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala. 4. Add malai here n stir. Now add water as much gravy you want .Let it cook for 2 minutes. 5. Now add roasted papad and cook for another 2 minute. 6. ( optional) garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
