Ingredients for panner whey smoothie
- › panner ( 100g) whey( 1 scoop) banana 50g ( if included in diet)
1. keep panner outside the refrigerator for an hour or till it softens, dice it into cubes, add to blender and make a fine paste. next add whey, blend for a few seconds. next add banana and blend for a few seconds add water as per need and blend till smooth. done in 1 minute. note: if panner right out of fridge is used , it won't blend soft and will remain as hard lumps, difficult to drink . so make sure that panner becomes soft before blending
