- Multigrain Flour -20g Paneer ( Scrambled) - 50g Cheese Slice - 1 Butter-5g Capsicum Carrot Broccoli Baby Spinach Bell pepper Corriender Chuntney Salt Pepper
♧ Prepare a thin multigrain roti . ♧ Sauté scrambled paneer in butter, Add salt pepper. ♧ Saute chopped veggies ( optional, can be used raw, make sure it's clean properly ) ♧ Can use any leftover spread, salsa etc . I used corriender chutney as spread to avoid increase in unnecessary calories.
Place multigrain roti on a plate. Spread a layer of chutney, followed by cheese slice. Add scrambled paneer . Load with all chopped veggies. Make a roll & cut it in half. Voila ! it's done.
