Ingredients for paneer veggie
- › 100gm paneer
- › 10gm ghee
- › small size 1 tomato
- › 1 capsicum
- › handful of chopped spring onion
- › spices of your choice and salt to taste
Method
1. heat ghee in a pan
2. add spices then all veggies except tomato
3. after 2 minutes add tomato and salt
4. once tomato is cooked then add crumbled paneer
5. cook for a minute than enjoy :)
