How to make Paneer Veg Salad


  1) Heat olive oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic and broken red chillies.  2) Add blanched carrot, beans and broccoli. Also add red, green and yellow bell peppers. Put some salt and black pepper.  3) Stir fry for a minute or two. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and half a tsp sugar(optional). Mix well. 4) Put the flame off and season with red chilli flakes and mix herbs.
