How to make Paneer Tikki
Step-1
Method:
Grate the Paneer
Add Green chilly, Coriander leaves, Spinach and Garlic in a mixer Jar
Blend it and make to fine paste
Put paste in a bowl and add the grated paneer in to it
Add salt accordingly, 1tsp cumin seeds powder, 1tsp red chilly powder, 1tsp chaat masala
Mix it well and make a dough
Take small balls from the dough and give the shape of tikki/kabab
Take a Pan add ghee (5gm - 8gm)
Place the Tikki and shallow fry it from both sides
