Ingredients

Brown bread: 2 slices

Cheese slice: 1

Paneer: 50 gm

Melted butter: 1 tsp

Schezwan sauce: 1 tsp

Oregano, chilli flakes: As per taste

Mayonnaise: 1 tsp

Tomato ketchup: 1 tsp

Onions: 1/2 or 35 gm

Capsicum: 1/2 or 30 gm

Coriander leaves: To garnish

Method

Step 1

Take a bread slice, spread mayo, ketchup, schezwan sauce on it.

Step 2

Cut paneer pieces into equal parts.

Step 3

Cut onion and capsicum into cubes.

Step 4

Put paneer pieces on bread slice. Top it with onion and capsicum pieces.

Step 5

Sprinkle little salt on veggies.

Step 6

Put cheese slice on bread, top it with chilli flakes, oregano. Cover with another bread slice.

Step 7

Heat up tawa, drizzle some butter, put bread slice on it. Cover and cook till cheese melts.

Step 8

Serve hot with ketchup.
