- Paneer 100 gm, Hung curd 50 gm, Butter 20 gm, salt, red chilli powder as per taste, Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon, kasuri methi to taste, lemon juice 1 teaspoon, chaat masala and turmeric powder
First take hung curd, mix all ingredients (except butter) well and add paneer cube, keep aside for 30 min for marination.
Heat pan, apply butter and spread marinated paneer mix all over the pan.
Turn side once one side is golden in colour on medium flame.
