  • Recipe Ingredients listPaneer 100 gm, Hung curd 50 gm, Butter 20 gm, salt, red chilli powder as per taste, Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon, kasuri methi to taste, lemon juice 1 teaspoon, chaat masala and turmeric powder

Step-1

First take hung curd, mix all ingredients (except butter) well and add paneer cube, keep aside for 30 min for marination.

Step-2

Heat pan, apply butter and spread marinated paneer mix all over the pan.

Step-3

Turn side once one side is golden in colour on medium flame.

Step-4

serve hot
