- Paneer - 100 Grams
- Onion - 30 Grams
- Capsicum - 30 Grams
- Besan - 5 Grams
- Curd - 100 grams
- Spices - Salt, turmeric, Coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala
- Mustard oil - 10 Grams
Wrap curd in a muslin cloth so that water remove from it.
In a bowl add the water removed curd, all spices , roasted besan and mix.
Heat half of the oil and add to the curd mix.
Now add chopped veggies and cubed paneer in it and marinate for atleast half an hour.
Now arrange veggies and paneer in screwer.
In grill pan heat the remaining oil and grill the screwer, flip it and cook it from all side.
Enjoy yumlicious paneer tikka with green chutney or ketchup 😋
