- Paneer- 100 gm Veggies-( Red capsicum, mushroom, spinach)- 120gm Curd- 100ml Spices- salt, pepper, turmeric, chili power, garam masala for marinate Coconut oil- 10 gm
Use 100 ml Greek yogurt for marination or any yogurt but make sure to strain it in a cotton cloth for about 45 mins
Add spices as per your choice in yogurt and marinate paneer and veggies for 10 mins
Mix until all the paneer pieces and veggies are well coated with the marinade.
Spray oil and bake it in the oven or stove
Serve paneer tikka with the chop spinach on the bottom.
