  • Recipe Ingredients listPaneer- 100 gm Veggies-( Red capsicum, mushroom, spinach)- 120gm Curd- 100ml Spices- salt, pepper, turmeric, chili power, garam masala for marinate Coconut oil- 10 gm

Direction

Step-1

Use 100 ml Greek yogurt for marination or any yogurt but make sure to strain it in a cotton cloth for about 45 mins

Step-2

Add spices as per your choice in yogurt and marinate paneer and veggies for 10 mins

Step-3

Mix until all the paneer pieces and veggies are well coated with the marinade.

Step-4

Spray oil and bake it in the oven or stove

Step-5

Serve paneer tikka with the chop spinach on the bottom.
