How to make Paneer Tikka
Step-1
Marination:
In a bowl, add curd+ginger garlic paste+some olive oil and mix well.
Step-2
Add salt + Carom seeds + roasted gram flour+turmeric+degi mirch and mix well.
Note: If the curd is not sour, add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
Step-3
Add bell pepper, onion and cubed paneer to the mixture prepared above and toss it well.
Step-4
Skewer the Vegetables and paneer.
Make sure the vegetables are at both the ends of skewer.
Step-5
Take a grill pan, apply some oilve oil. Place the skewers on the pan and cook it from all the sides.
Step-6
Serve it hot with corrainder chutney and onions.
