- Paneer - 100 gm
- Curd - 30 gm
- Bell Pepper - 40gm or as preferred
- Onion - Half or as preferred
- Roasted Gram Flour - 3gm (Besan)
- Olive oil - 10gm
- Ginger garlic paste, Carom seeds, Degi Mirch, Turmeric, Salt, Lemon Juice
Marination: In a bowl, add curd+ginger garlic paste+some olive oil and mix well.
Add salt + Carom seeds + roasted gram flour+turmeric+degi mirch and mix well. Note: If the curd is not sour, add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
Add bell pepper, onion and cubed paneer to the mixture prepared above and toss it well.
Skewer the Vegetables and paneer. Make sure the vegetables are at both the ends of skewer.
Take a grill pan, apply some oilve oil. Place the skewers on the pan and cook it from all the sides.
Serve it hot with corrainder chutney and onions.
