- 1. Paneer 80g 2.Onion 100 g 3. Tomato 100 g 4. Besan 15 g 5. Curd 50 g 6. Oil 10 g 7. Salt as per taste 8. Red pepper 1 tsp 9. Chaat masala 2 tsp ( You can experiment with other spices of your choice)
1. First prepare the batter by mixing besan, curd and oil. 2. Put all the spices. 3. Cut the paneer cubes. 4. Cut the onion and tomatoes in bigger size. 5. Mix paneer, onion and tomatoes with the batter. 6. Let it rest for 20 min. 7. Fix the paneer cubes, onions and tomatoes on a skewers. 8. Grease the non stick pan and put the skewers on it. 9. Cover it with lid and let it cook on medium flame. It will take around 20 min on tawa. Keep moving the skewers in between to get cooked it from all side. Your Paneer Tikka is ready.
