- 100 gm paneer
- 5gm mustard oil
- 50 gm curd
- 10 gm chickpea flour/besan
- 5 gm ghee
- Salt/chilli powder /chat masala/ginger/garlic/carom seeds/kasturi methi.
- Vegetables like capsicum /onion/tomato
Prepare marinade.. With curd, mustard oil, besan and all the masala.. Dunk all the vegetables with paneer in it.. Keep aside for 15 to 20 min.. Heat tava or toaster.. Brush with 5ml ghee..put paneer nd vegetables and turn it over to another side in 5 min..
