- 100gms paneer
- 20gms oats (first measured then powdered)
- Garam masala as per taste
- salt as per taste
- 0.5 ml ghee for roasting
- Sesame seeds optional..(add if it fits in Ur macros, as It gives a good flavour)
Grate paneer and add all the ingredients except ghee...Make a dough. Make small balls of same size..take one ball amd flatten on butter paper with your palm and make small holes in between the Thalipith...then gently put on hot griddle upside down and roast till crisp from both the side using Ghee.. It tastes yumm with Sweet yogurt..
