paneer stuffed roti
- Paneer 75 gram
- Wheat flour 40 gram
- Ghee 5 gram(optional but I adde so included in fats )
- Salt to taste
- Dhaniya (coriander seed grounded) 1/4 tsp optional
- Red Chili or black pepper powder 1/4 tsp optional as per taste
Mash paneer in a bowl and add salt, dhaniya and chili powder. Mix well and keep aside
Make a dough from wheat flour.
Keep a pan on medium low flame to warm it up till we make roti
Make a ball of whole roti dough and dip in dry flour. With the help of rolling pin flatten it to make roti approx 5 inch. Now stuff all the filling in roti and join the edges to make like ball again.
Flatten again with rolling pin and roll It to make a thick roti. Place it on hot pan and let to cook for 1 minute in medium low flame. Flip and let it cook from other side for 2 minutes.
Flip one more time and let it cook a bit till it you little crunch on it
This step is optional if you want to add fat to your diet , spread 5 gram ghee on it and flip for 1 seconds.
Serve hot with tea, coffee or yogurt as per your requirement
