Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listPaneer 75 gram
  • Recipe Ingredients listWheat flour 40 gram
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee 5 gram(optional but I adde so included in fats )
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listDhaniya (coriander seed grounded) 1/4 tsp optional
  • Recipe Ingredients listRed Chili or black pepper powder 1/4 tsp optional as per taste

Direction

Step-1

Mash paneer in a bowl and add salt, dhaniya and chili powder. Mix well and keep aside

Step-2

Make a dough from wheat flour.

Step-3

Keep a pan on medium low flame to warm it up till we make roti

Step-4

Make a ball of whole roti dough and dip in dry flour. With the help of rolling pin flatten it to make roti approx 5 inch. Now stuff all the filling in roti and join the edges to make like ball again.

Step-5

Flatten again with rolling pin and roll It to make a thick roti. Place it on hot pan and let to cook for 1 minute in medium low flame. Flip and let it cook from other side for 2 minutes.

Step-6

Flip one more time and let it cook a bit till it you little crunch on it

Step-7

This step is optional if you want to add fat to your diet , spread 5 gram ghee on it and flip for 1 seconds.

Step-8

Serve hot with tea, coffee or yogurt as per your requirement
