- › khabba roti-30 gms wheat flour 30 gms soya chunks flour 5 gm oil
- › gatta paneer -30 gm besan 40 gm paneer 5 gm oil onion tomato garlic
1. khabba roti ,make dough of all ingredients and make thick chapati and give a design with puckering put on tawa and cook on slow Sim from both sides
2. make a dough of besan and roll it thanks fill the paneer and make a roll and cut into circles and press and then boi it for few min.then on other side make a tadka of onion tomato and garlic and put some water and then paneer gutta and boi for few min .serve and garnish with coriande
