Ingredients for Paneer Stuffed Capsicum
- › Paneer 100gm
- › Curd 50gm
- › Oil 10ml
- › Capsicum 1( 200gm)
- › Veggies, Tomato and Onion
Method
1. Grate Paneer , Squeeze Onion and Tomato Juice and mix well with Curd and Masalas
2. Stir Fry it in 5ml oil till it become Brown
3. Stir fry veggies and Capsicum to make it loose
4. Fill the Stuffing and Steam the capsicum for 5-10 min
5. Serve Juicy Paneer Stuffed Capsicum with Veggies after Garnishing with Chilli flakes and Lemon Juice
