Paneer stir fry linguine
- Linguine noodles- 50 gm
- Veggies- 100 gm
- Paneer- 100 gm
- Butter- 10 gm
Marinate the small paneer pieces in vinegar, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and chaat masala.
Chop long onion, tomato, green bell pepper, cabbage, scallion and cilantro.
Boil the linguine and drain the water and wash it with cold water so it doesn’t stick to each other and stops cooking further.
Add butter to a wok and then add onion, bell pepper and tomatoes to it on high heat. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder to it.
Add cabbage and scallion and cook for two minutes.
Add the noodles and stir fry it for a few minutes and turn off the heat.
Garnish with scallion and cilantro.
