4 multi grain bread
200 gm Panner
10gm Ghee

Step-1
First of all, Grade the Paneer .
Put Ghee in the Frying Pan and Add chopped onion and chilly, after it gets heated. Fry till bit brown .
Add the Graded Paneer and keep frying , add salt and chilly powder along with it, for another 2 mins. Once done , keep it aside.
Step-2
Put one bread slice in the sandwich maker and add half of the Panner mixture above it. Cover it with another bread slice and closed the lid and heat the sandwich.
Step-3
Continue the same process for other two pieces of bread and rest of paneer mixture.
