Step-1
Bind paneer with esabgol n salt and leave it for 10 mins........then make small rolls and and make small chapati......for perfect shape ...cut with cap of bottle......
Apply Coriander chutney
Then put veggies and cover with cheese...or else u can put cheese later and cover with other slice of paneer ......
Heat pan...and place sandwiches and few drops of ghee......:)
