Ingredients for Paneer Roti with Cucumber and Mint Raita
- › For Chapati:- Wheat flour (30g) Paneer (60g) Onion(8g) corrinder in chapati(2g) Ghee(5g)
- › For Raita:- curd (100g) mint and corinder mixure paste(7g) cucumber(30g)
Method
1. Firstly, combine wheat flour,paneer,chopped onion,corrinder,salt and black pepper as per taste. Secondly, crumble the above mixture and add in required water to make soft dough. Thirdly, take some kneaded flour, roll it and make it round chapati. Thirdly, put it on tawa, cook and flip each side for 2 min on medium flame. Finally, put cooked roti on plate ,smear some ghee and serve it hot. For Raita recipe: Mix grinded cucumber,mint and corinder in curd. Add some salt,black pepper P.S -Raita calories are included in total calories. My First post, recently joined and sharing quick meal recipe which saves time.🙏
