- Cheese- 25 gm
- Paneer- 75 gm
- Veggies- 100 gm
- Butter- 10 gm
- Wheat flour- 50 gm
Make rotis from wheat flour
Long chop the onions, tomatoes and bell pepper; saute them with black pepper, salt, chilli powder and other spices along with green chilli, ginger and garlic.
Add crumbled paneer to the pan and saute it with veggies too.
Lay the mixture in the middle of the roti and add chopped long cabbage and cilantro on it.
Also add some cheese!
Roll it and cook it on both sides with butter and serve with cucumber slices.
