How to make Paneer Red sauce Pasta
Step-1
Take 5g butter in a pan add add minced garlic and 2 tbsp finely chopped onions and saute
Step-2
Blanch and puree tomatoes and add it to the pan
Step-3
Add chilli powder salt and ketchup and adjust the taste and in the end add Italian seasoning
Step-4
Boil pasta and keep it ready
Step-5
In another pan take 5g butter and toss the veggies of your choice such as bell pepper, carrots, cabbage etc and then add it to the sauce along with the pasta and paneer. Let it cook for few mins until it is done.
