Paneer Rajma Tikki
- Amul Paneer - 60g
- Kidney Beans - 35g
- Gram Flour - 20g
- Turmeric, Garam Masala, Salt
- Lemon Juice
- Mint Leaves
- Cheese Slice
Soak Kidney beans over night and boil them in pressure cooker
Add paneer and boiled rajma to bowl and mash them.
Add gram flour, salt, masalas, lime juice and mint leaves and mix them all together.
Make tikkis with mixture and heat them on non stick pan on low to medium flame equally on both sides.
Cut cheese slices into small cubes and add place them on tikki at end.
Add chat masala on top (optional)
